These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dealtact platform and website (the "Service"), operated by Cyzag Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or interfere with its operation.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including powering AI features. We will not sell Your Data to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any data you add to the Service, including personal data of your contacts and customers. You are the data controller for any personal data of third parties you process through the Service, and we act as a data processor on your behalf.

4. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as deal coaching, email drafting, and insights. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Free tier accounts are provided at our discretion and may have usage limits.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Availability & Support

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Support is provided via email at hello@dealtact.ai.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of Your Data within 30 days of termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
